Wisely’s summer product release is here. All-new features now available include a virtual helping hand at the front door (List Assist), guest details synced to surveys (Embedded Profile), and a faster, more effective way to get proactive input from your guests (Feedback Automations)—plus so much more.

List Assist

We’ve taken a big step towards revolutionizing waitlist management with List Assist—an all-new virtual helping hand at the front door. 

 

Here’s how it works:

  • The first table ready notification is sent to a waitlist guest when the host taps ‘Notify’
  • Then, Wisely’s List Assist feature triggers a sequence of fully customizable reminder texts—optionally ending the sequence by marking the guest as a no-show
  • Settings can also be configured to automatically disable the sequence of reminders if a guest texts back ‘on our way’
 

Not only does List Assist keep your waitlist clean, but it will also improve the overall accuracy of your wait quotes by removing no-shows.

Embedded Profile

With Wisely’s Embedded Profile, guest details sync from Wisely’s CRM to Wisely’s Sentiment. This feature provides more context on the feedback you receive from your guests where you need it most. 

 

Here’s how it works:

  • When a guest replies to a Wisely survey/feedback form, the response appears in the Wisely Sentiment dashboard and Daily Email Summary
  • Now, those responses will also include an Embedded Profile with the guest’s most recent visit details, history, etc.—info pulled from the Wisely CRM
  • Example: If a guest comments about their wait, view next to their response the wait time they were quoted vs the actual time the guest waited, without switching screens or searching the Wisely Guestbook

Feedback Automations

Smart Tags, CRM Importer, Pop-Up Booking Form
 

Smart Tags

Know who your guests are when they enter your restaurant for dine-in or pick-up.
  • With Wisely’s Smart Tags, any Segment you create can automatically sync with guest profiles in the Wisely Host App
  • Tags like icons, emojis, highlights, and more can draw attention to your regulars, rewards members, high-value guests, etc. when they're on your list (think: picking up an order or soon to be seated)

CRM Importer

Wisely now offers more control to enrich your CRM and integrate data from other sources into Wisely with the all-new CRM Importer tool.

  • Functionality includes the ability to create and map custom fields and also ensures you don’t create duplicate records within Wisely
  • You’ll find this feature under Marketing within Segments in the Wisely Dashboard

Pop-Up Booking Form

Introducing Wisely’s all-new Pop-Up Booking Form.

  • You now have the flexibility to keep guests directly on your website when they make a reservation or join the waitlist
  • This option further enhances a consistent branding experience (vs. a new window opening with your branded Wisely booking form)
