Host allows you to gate specific functions behind a 4-digit PIN that is assigned to users within the Dashboard. With this feature enabled you have the ability to ensure that changes to high-sensitivity items are not made without approval.
Please note that this feature requires additional setup. To enable PIN controls, please have a brand administrator contact Engage Support
Below is a complete list of features that can be gated behind a PIN. These features can be enabled individually or any desired combination:

Changes to existing Reservations - This applies to the Waitlist, Cover Flow, and Gridview sections. The specific changes that are gated are as follows:
- Party Size
- Reservation Date
- Reservation Time
- Reservation Status (Confirmed and Cancelled only)

Overbooking Reservation Slots - A PIN will be required to book a party larger than the capacity assigned to the inventory slot.

Adding Additional Inventory Through Cover Flow - A PIN will be required to add additional reservation inventory through the Cover Flow tab within the Host Application. Please note that additional inventory can be added through the Host>Availability section of the Dashboard for any user that has access to it.

The Settings Tab - Gates the Settings tab behind a PIN

Shift Notes - Creating and editing Shift Notes through the Host application will require the input of a PIN. Please note this will not affect the ability to create Shift Notes through the Dashboard.

Server Sections - A PIN will be required to create and edit Server Sections. This will not gate the ability to activate Server Sections within the application

Prepaid Actions (Gifts) - If using the Gifts functionality, this setting will require the input of a PIN to add or edit a prepaid item.
