Can't login or having login issues? For security reasons, Olo does not store or provide passwords. This article explains how passwords are generated and reset within Olo.
Setting a Password for new Users
New users will receive an email from noreply@olo.com prompting them to set up an access password.
Resetting a Password for existing Users
To reset your password, navigate to the login page here, enter your email then select the Forgot Password link on the next page. You will be sent a confirmation to your registered email address with instructions to reset your password. If you aren’t finding the email in your inbox, please make sure to check your spam/junk folder.
