Interested in receiving alerts when large parties book? With Olo Engage, you can opt to receive an email alert when large parties book reservations and are added to the waitlist. See example below:
Large parties are defined by the number of covers set in the Host app under Settings > Waitlist - Large Party Size:
To activate the email notification for a location, please submit a ticket to Engage Support and provide the following:
- Name of the location the email alerts should be turned on for
- Email addresses of the recipients for each location
