The Reservation Book gives you an overview of your existing reservations. This tool allows you to filter, create, and modify guest reservations.

Accessing the Reservation Book
You can access reservations through the Engage Dashboard in two ways:
- Tap the icon in the upper left corner of your screen. No matter where you are in the Wisely Dashboard, clicking this icon will always take you straight to the Reservation Book
- Click Host on the left side of your screen
- In the drop-down menu, click Reservations
Creating New Reservations
When you've reached the Reservations page, tap the blue Create Reservation button on the right side of your screen and follow these steps:
- Select the desired Location
- Select the Party Size, Date, Time, and Reservation Type (if applicable) for your guest

Enter the guest's name or phone number in the search bar — if this an existing guest, their information will populate. If this a new guest, fill the required fields.
4. Click the blue Complete Reservation button to save
You should now see the reservation come up on the Reservation Book:
Editing Existing Reservations
To edit an existing reservation in the Engage Dashboard:
- Go to your Reservations Book
- Select the location and date of the reservation
- Locate the three dots positioned to the right of the party information and click on them.

Select 'Edit Reservation' to make changes.

To save any edits, tap the blue 'Update Reservation' button in the bottom right corner of your screen.
Reservation Origin - Definitions
Host reservations origin definitions are listed below for your reference:
- Web - Reservations made via the web widget
- App - Reservations made by staff via the host app
- Google - Reservations made via Google reservations
- Dashboard - Reservations made via the reservations tab in app.getwisely.com
