In order to allow tiered access levels, the Engage dashboard offers two levels of User Permissions: Staff and Admin. This article lays out the differences in access level, as well as explains how to add, remove, and edit user permissions.

Adding a New User to a Concept (Admin Users Only)
To add a new User to a Concept:
- Enter the Setting and Configurations Menu
- Click Members & Permissions
- Select Create New User on the top right corner of your screen
- Enter the User’s first and last name, email address, and select the access level they should be granted (Staff or Admin)
- If Staff, select the locations the user should have access to from the drop-down options
- Click Create User to submit
New users will receive an email from noreply@olo.com prompting them to set up an access password.
Removing Existing Users (Admin Users Only)
To remove an existing User from a Concept:
- Enter the Setting and Configurations Menu
- Select Members & Permissions
- Find the User you would like to remove
- Click the trash can icon. A confirmation pop-up will appear
- Click Delete to confirm
Editing Existing Users’ Location Access (Admin Users Only)
To add or remove a user to or from a specific location:

- Enter the Settings Menu
- Select Users & Permissions and then Users
- Find the User(s) you would like to remove
- Click the trash can icon. A confirmation pop-up will appear
- Click Delete to confirm
