Another time-saving feature of Olo Sentiment is the Bulk Response tool, which allows users to respond to multiple reviews at once. To utilize this feature, first navigate to the Reviews Inbox.
Once there, click the check boxes in the top-left corner of the desired reviews and then click the Bulk Respond button near the top of the page. Please note that this feature is only available for the Facebook, Google, and Yelp networks.
Once in the Respond to All screen, users can either craft a unique response or pull one in from the Response Template Library. In either case, users can personalize the bulk response using the Localize dropdown.
After clicking the Apply to Reviews button, the user will be given the opportunity to see how the bulk responses look for each individual review before sending them out.
