Olo Sentiment enables brands to further personalize Response Templates and Bulk Responses using dynamic text in “Localize” dropdowns. Utilizing this feature allows brands to reduce their Average Response Time without sounding robotic.
Filling Out Location Details
Many of the Localized responses are powered by the values provided in the Location Details page. To update these, navigate to Account > Locations and click the Details button of the desired Location.
Note: The ability to create and edit the fields that power Dynamic Text may not have been made available to all account users, so if they are not visible make sure to reach out to an Admin.
Fill out as much of the Profile tab as possible.
Customizing Review Responses
When responding to a review, users will have access to a Localize dropdown where dynamic text can be inserted. This makes it quick and easy to insert a greeting and input other location data such as phone number, address, store name and more.
When using Response Templates, the dynamic text fields will automatically populate the content for the user.
In the below image, the {%AuthorName} and {%Listings Name} dynamic text fields automatically get populated as the Drewg and Pepperoni Tony’s - NYC - Midtown Team values.
