One of the ways Olo Sentiment helps brands maintain an exceptional brand reputation is by ensuring that online reviews are easily visible and accessible to relevant stakeholders. Two features that help with this in particular are Manual Tags and Direct Mentions.
Manual Tags
Complementary to the automated tagging available via Review Rules, manual tagging allows users to quickly add and edit tags from the Reviews Inbox. To do this, begin by clicking the tag icon on a review card.
This will bring up the Edit Tags screen, which will display any tags already applied to the review. Typing into the search field will bring up suggested tags, and clicking on one will add it to the list.
Click the Save button and the tag will now be visible on the review card in the Reviews Inbox.
Direct Mentions
Direct Mentions make it easy to collaborate with other users directly in the platform, without having to manually share links or assign them tasks. Users can even opt in to email notifications any time they are mentioned to help ensure they respond to messages quickly.
Direct Mentions can be found within the Activity tab of a Review Response.
To mention someone, use the @ symbol and begin typing their name in the text box in the bottom-right corner. If they are a platform user their name will pop up and become clickable.
Finish typing your full message and then click Submit. The comment will then live in the Activity tab, where other users will be able to see it as well.
The content within the Activity tab is internal-facing only. The content does NOT get published to the review network.
