Olo Engage offers a Google Tag Manager (GTM) integration to empower customers to measure the web-based activity of their guests and the conversion funnel of their marketing campaigns. For example, integrated Host Reservation and Waitlist Forms would provide visibility of guest web traffic in your brand's Google Analytics reports.
Setup Process
Engage customers can choose the GTM container ID they would like to be available on Olo hosted pages. To enable, please reach out to Engage Support with the GTM-ID of the specified container.
Once this is set, customers will be able to view analytics on page visits across the following pages:
- Reservations & Waitlist Forms
- Search, Review, Confirmation
- WiFi Splash Pages
- Guest Webview
