An invalid Splash Page is possible when the MAC addresses for your location(s) change or are updated. This could also be related to an Engage setting that needs to be corrected.
If you receive an "Invalid Splash Page" error, please make sure that your system is configured to the Olo Engage Cloud Management specifications for your specific system.
If your system is set up to Olo Engage specifications, please let Engage Support know the MAC address(es) for your location, confirm that you've already checked the configuration, and create a ticket for our review.
