This article provides instructions for existing customers that are converting to Toast Integration. Net new client in implementation should loop in their Implementation specialist to set up the system properly.
To add a Olo <> Toast Integration, the following updates have to be made:
- Please let Engage Support know that you will be completing the integration steps required by Toast.
- Configure the Olo Engage (f.k.a.) Wisely Integration on the Toast Dashboard. Please complete the steps outlined in the Toast Help Center (click HERE to be routed to that page).
- Send Engage Support the Toast GUID.
- Wisely Support will then follow up with next steps.
