Our Help Desk provider allows for users to sign-in and view any requests that were submitted by the user. This portal can be accessed by signing in to your account using this link. Once you are logged in, the request portal can be found here.
Note: You must sign in using the access link before navigating to the portal link.
Once you are in the portal you will see any requests that are associated with your account, including requests. you have been CC'd on.
