Web Browser Cache Reset - Engage Dashboard
The Engage dashboard is a powerful application that periodically caches data or images in your web browser. When you observe updates not occurring or the rare blank screen, we recommend a web browser cache reset.
We support the last two versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge.
See below the troubleshooting instructions for Chrome (Engage's recommended browser) and other supported browsers. We hope this helps resolve the issue you may be experiencing!
- On your computer, open Chrome.
- At the top-right, click More (three dots).
- Click More tools > Clear browsing data.
- At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
- Next to 'Cookies and other site data' and 'Cached images and files', tick the boxes.
- Click Clear data.
